First Step

Go to Settings > Windows Update. Choose Pause Updates for 1 Week.

Second Step

Go to Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates.

Third Step

Uninstall the Update called Feature Update for Windows 11 23H2.

Fourth Step

Restart your PC.
If you can’t find the Update, you may have reinstall your Windows.
After restarting your PC, the Update 23H2 is gone, and you are back to Windows 11 22H2.
