Common Issues

If your Mail Platform is not working, check the other Mail Platforms. If none of them are working, please contact our Support.
If you can’t login to Epic Games, try to reset your Password. If that doesn’t work, please contact our Support.
If you can’t login to Social Club, try to reset your Password. If that doesn’t work, please contact our Support.
